All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.

3. Shipping Period and Costs

We Offer free delivery on all our products. At The Paper Boutique, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, which is why we have established clear guidelines for our shipping process. 

Our minimum delivery period is 2-3 business days. Please note that this is the Minimum timeframe, and we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. The maximum delivery period would be 5-7 business days.  In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, peak season, or shipping carrier delays. Business day means Monday to Saturday, except holidays

This is the shortest timeframe in which you can expect to receive your order, provided that all necessary information has been provided and the payment has been processed successfully. 

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, and the estimated delivery timeline for each option will be displayed during checkout.

5. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately using contact form given on contact page within 24 hours of delivery. post that, we would not consider the damage case.

Our Return Policy
  • “No Refunds/Exchanges”

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us using contact form given on contact page  with message content  includes of “DAMAGED PRODUCT RECIEVED FOR [ORDER NO]”  of the product and the defect within 24 hours of delivery

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

  • If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
